Infinite is still 2D art, it's just using a 3D engine for less bugs since the game is actually played as 2.5D, which will help a lot in the long run
We'll get an Early Access preview out by end of this month
You'll need the Founder's Cube to access it
We'll follow up with a general beta after bugs and balancing fixes

March Dev Update
Product Efforts
- Evolution 1.0 - Servers are stable now, reward system is stable, and item rewards are still a work in progress.
- Evolution 2.0 - Network overhaul complete, which fixes issues like colliding with invisible walls, and made a lot of progress on a staging area, and Hell area. Additionally, 2 new modes are coming: one called Storm Cuddle (which operates like Fort.. something) and one called Survivor Island (which operates like Vampire.. something)
- Infinite 1.0 - Timeline was set back because it’s been switched to 3D for various benefits (layering, targeting). That required an overhaul.
- Raid 2.0 - Not much progress here since last update, other than some discussions.
- Sanctuary 1.0 - Finished first draft of End of Time + Arena + 5 songs + tons of lore to surface in Nexus.
- Nexus 1.0 - Soft launched during the Weekly Brawl Stream to get feedback and fix any bugs, and will have an official announcement + linking to it from site soon.
Other
- Released IST reward for farms
- Marketplace performance was improved
- Rune Royale Tickets released (buy one to participate in next Rune Royale)

Team Efforts
- Andree has been hammering away at Evo 2.0.
- Liviu/Alex have been laying foundation for Sanctuary, which you’ll be seeing in pre-alpha footage as it progresses.
- Ivan/Angel/Andew have been hammering away at Infinite.
- Binzy has been working on fixing servers, upgrading site and databases, coordinating various efforts.
- Disco has been deep in theorycrafting features like lending/borrowing systems.
- Jake has been on top of social media and coordinating marketing/contest efforts.
- Maiev has been coordinating community and operation issues, and filling in efforts in various places.
- Kevin has been coordinating financial and operation issues.
- Matt has been blacksmithing the items we need.
- Omar/Max have been developing our brand, videos and graphical media.
- Julian has developed new songs and refining them with lots of feedback.
- Jackson has been full Lorekeeper mode, filling in backstories, item lore, zone creation, and managing concept art + level design direction.
- Panda has been managing the stream efforts and hosting Rune Royale + Brawl.
- Riccardo has been coordinating community issues and giving feedback everywhere.
- Joshua has been full Runesmith mode, designing item & item attributes.
- CMs and mods continuing to do great work with regional chat support
Notes:
- Evolution 1.0 will be sunset, and that includes web player. It’ll be desktop/mobile only from now on. We’ll leave 1 region open for now and depending on availability, may update it.
- Raid 3.0 will likely be signature-driven like reward claiming, meaning the mechanics won’t be on-chain, but the resolution will. That will give us the upside of transparency/trustability, without the downside slower development/less interesting or flexible mechanics.
- Server issues may be experienced as we have extremely upgraded the architecture in all areas, to prepare it for thousands or even millions of players.

- Disenchant/upgrade system
- Referral payout system
- Item reward system
Things being pushed up:
- Evolution daily quests/achievements
- Evolution free to play mode, ability to earn your character NFT via quests

- Evolution iOS (we need to test pilot the revamp on Android first)
- Polygon bridge (more risk than benefit here)
